FloPro Designer, our handy dandy system design software, has been updated to make your job even easier. These new enhancements mean more time savings and an easier workflow. Check out the features below or go straight to the download to update your FloPro Designer. Download FloPro Designer

Feature updates

  • MORE ACCURATE PUMP SELECTIONS:
    We've changed the default head loss for air separator, fan coil and heat exchanger
    • We changed the default for imposed load on indirect water heater.
  • BALL VALVES RULE:
    All valves in the Boiler Wizard are now ball valves

    The valve menu now highlights ball valves
  • ALLOW PEX PIPING:
    You asked for it!
  • ZONE SENTRY:
    We have changed the EBV valve name to Zone Sentry
  • LARGER DEFAULT FONT SIZE:
    Your eyes will thank us!
  • VARIABLE SPEED DELTA-T OPTION:
    Variable Speed pumping saves energy and improves efficiency, we've added the Variable Speed Delta-T circulator to pump selections
  • CALCULATE LENGTH OF BASEBOARD AND RADIATOR IMPOSED LOADS; ALLOW OUTPUT RATING TO BE MODIFIED.
    Add the baseboard manufacturer's BTU output and FloPro Designer calculates how many feet of product you need in each room. Baseboard is the tried and true older brother of in-floor radiant heat systems.
  • ENHANCED BOILER WIZARD:
    Allows boiler type to be selected

    Added option of Variable Speed Delta-T circulator on the moose antler

  • IMPROVED AUTOFILL:
    Automatically fills in the location for all components with the room name. Now you can stay organized!
  • DETAILS, DETAILS:
    We've added a detailed Load Summary Report for those city inspectors and picky clients
  • NEW GENERIC EXPANSION TANK SELECTION:
    For added flexibility, we added expansion tanks in sizes 15, 30, 60 and 90, based on acceptance volumes.
  • ASSIGNED ZONE NAMES:
    Now you can assign zone names to each room or group of rooms and add a zone level to the detailed Load Summary report

    Multiple rooms can now be on the same zone; rooms on the north or south side of the house can be grouped together.

    One thermostat controls the temperature in two or more rooms

    Zoning can now match the piping schematic.
